What You'll Do

  • Responding to customer inquiries: Engage with customers through online chat platforms and e-commerce marketplaces to address their questions, concerns, and 
    inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Provide accurate information and assist customers in resolving issues related to their online sales, purchases, or transactions
  • Order management: Handle order-related tasks, including order processing, tracking, cancellations, and returns. Ensure that customers receive updates on their orders and  assist them in resolving any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies. Provide comprehensive information to customers about product features, specifications, pricing, and availability. Help customers make informed decisions and provide recommendations based on their needs
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, payment problems, or any other challenges customers may encounter during their online shopping experience. Collaborate with relevant internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Customer satisfaction: Strive to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at all times. Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and their expectations have been met

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 years of working experience in Customer Service
  • Knowledgeable about E-Commerce Trend and E-Commerce Marketplace in Thailand
  • Good command in English language
