Over the last few years, our business has scaled and evolved. We are seeking an experienced, analytics-driven professional to join our Account Strategy team in Singapore and help expand the footprint of AdAsia’s digital marketing solutions and platforms amongst local and regional prospects out of Singapore. You’ll contribute to a high-growth team in a business that is experiencing rapid growth. The successful candidate will have a strong consulting mindset, good client engagement experience, extensive knowledge of digital platforms, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will also have outstanding data analysis skills, be naturally proactive, and is prepared to communicate insights to multiple stakeholders. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive new value to existing accounts by identifying new opportunities or gaps within ongoing programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and daily management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, On-platform Ads (Shopee, Lazada and/or Amazon), and other programmatic platforms to achieve key performance metrics.
- Focus on strategies that maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and overall Return on Investment (ROI) for clients' campaigns. Implement data-driven optimization techniques to enhance budget efficiency and profitability.
- Develop comprehensive media plans and recommend effective tactics to meet client objectives, tailoring strategies based on success metrics and desired outcomes.
- Create detailed weekly, ad hoc, and final reports that highlight audience insights, performance trends, and brand impact to provide clients with meaningful and actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, and Engineering departments, to resolve campaign-related issues, optimize pacing, and address client feedback.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing and e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, data interpretation, and ROI/ROAS calculations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Ability to develop strategic media plans and recommend solutions that align with client goals.
- Experience working with programmatic platforms and social media advertising tools.
- Experience with additional advertising platforms such as DV360 and etc will be added advantage.
- Experience building and operating monitoring dashboards using Looker Studio or other BI tools would be added advantage
- Result-oriented mind with a passion for work
- Eager to learn new things
- Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Google sheet, Slides, G Drive…) power user
- Good command of English
- Eligible to work in Singapore
