What You Will Do

• Support and work closely with Senior and internal teams (e-commerce teams, media performance, eSOL, content production, customer service, supply chain, etc.) to serve client’s campaign objectives.
• Support to ensure and facilitate cross-team, cross-department coordination.
• Be responsible for account and project management, and deliver end-to-end campaign and project performance.
• Follow up and do paperwork including but not limited: to sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO, etc.).
• Support other tasks if needed.

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skill & critical thinking 
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
• Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
• Experience in D2C business is a plus
