[Digital Marketing] Assistant Manager - Sales

What You'll Do?
Build effective existing and new client relationships and acts as client partner, account management of existing and new accounts; working with them to achieve their marketing objectives and works to nurture and grow the relationship
・Cross-functional Sales for puroduct across Digital maerkitng/Influencer marketing/D2C/Other digital solutions, building avenues for cross-sell/up-sell of solutions to new and existing clients, a solution-sales mindset
・Owns projects from initial scoping and brief through to execution with support from the individual product teams across Influencer marketing, D2C, Programmatic and digital solutions
・In-alignment with Line manager, drive contribution to the sales targets every month, driven through direct relationships/agency relationships
・Is a committed, responsible and confident leader of projects, who can work both independently and as part of the wider team

Must to have

・Bachelor's Degree holder
・3+ year of experience in sales or project management or client relationship management.
・3+ year of working experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising is required
・Good strategic thinking and analytical and listening skills.
・Clear mindset, result oriented with passion for work.

Nice to have
Knowledge/operation skills of performance marketing & e-commerce planning is a plus
・Experience in fast-paced work environment is a plus
・Experience of studying abroad is a plus
・Japanese speaking is a plus
