Senior Executive, Account Strategy 廣告投手/廣告優化師

For this position, we require a candidate who can develop a comprehensive strategy for product planning, including analyzing the target audience, creating short, medium, and long-term advertising aligned with different levels of involvement with the brand, conveying messages, and the ability to analyze and optimize the performance of advertising in real-time.
---What You Will Do---
- Setup and execution of performance campaigns across SEM, Social and Display/Programmatic
- On-going optimization to achieve client's KPI target
- Manages campaign budget spend by implementing relevant bidding strategies and keeping track of budget pacing, updating the strategy, and troubleshoot accordingly
- Work with the Senior Execs/Specialists to execute multi-channel strategies
- Notify Manager of any account issues when budget and bid pacing, including major volume or cost shifts
- Produce and develop reports on monthly campaign performance, audiences, creative analysis, and cross channel attribution - update client performance reports, analyze and format data, supply insights and commentary
- Assist Sr. Executive and Manager in the preparation and rationale of paid media recommendations and new tactics
- Produce case studies and best practices on campaigns that best utilized data/research products.
- Maintain effective relationships within the team and business unit, working with the AS / IM team to support the DM sales team on account management on a day to day basis
- Work with the PG team to establish PMP solutions
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage various accounts in a timely and professional manner
---Who You Are---
- 1-3 years relevant campaign management experience
- Knowledge on Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and DV360
- Must Familiar with Social Media Channels, (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, KOLs)
- Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Digital savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Develops knowledge of client's business, competition and latest industry news and trends
