Creator Development (YouTube)

The position of YouTube Development at AnyMind Thailand is responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging video content for our YouTube channel partners. This role requires a combination of creative, technical, and marketing skills to produce content that resonates with the target audience, drives viewership, and supports the channel's goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop and growth Talent to meet the expectation.
• Optimise video content to get the best performance from SEO and utilize YouTube features.
• Analyze campaign performance by utilizing analytics and data on digital marketing tools to effectively
  create reports.
• Connect, engage, and grow business relationships with Talent.
• Act as contact point of Talent while managing multiple accounts.
• Consistently deliver individual growth targets every month.
• Raise and coordinate with internal support teams for project execution.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

 Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in using all Social Media, especially YouTube.
• Understand Influencer industry and content industry. Up to trends, virals and latest news on any Social
  medias.
• Having basic content analysis skill / mindset, be able to come up with solution from watching content and
  analyse data from Analytics.
• Having good service mind, experience or feel comfortable in communicating/negotiating with clients /
  influencer in order to maintain positive relationship.
• Flexible working hours and Proactive.
• Good communication skills in both English and Thai
