Product Manager, Business Engagement (Japanese, English Speaking)

AnyMind is seeking a Product Manager to spearhead the expansion of our platform across EC and marketing sectors. This role, based in Japan with a focus on Southeast Asia, involves collaborating with international teams to drive the development of market-responsive products. What You'll Do

• Product Utilization Tracking: Monitor how our products are used in your region, both internally and externally.
• Quantitative Analysis: Analyze key metrics from tracking data to understand product performance.
• Qualitative Engagement: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to grasp the qualitative use of our products, identifying needs, bottlenecks, and formulating realistic development plans.
• Strategic Development and Execution: Create and implement strategies based on quantitative and qualitative insights, including sales strategy and product positioning.
• Training: Conduct regular product training sessions for sales and operations teams, including occasional sales or introduction presentations to external users.

• 定量分析： トラッキングデータから重要な指標を分析し、製品のパフォーマンスを理解します。
• 定性的エンゲージメント： 営業チーム及びオペレーションチームと協力し、製品の定性的な使用状況を把握し、ニーズやボトルネックを特定し、現実的な開発計画を策定します。
• 戦略の立案と実行： 定量的および定性的な洞察に基づいて戦略を策定し、実行します。これには、販売戦略や製品のポジショニングも含まれます。
• トレーニング： 営業チームおよびオペレーションチーム向けに定期的な製品トレーニングセッションを実施し、外部ユーザーへのセールスや紹介プレゼンテーションも時折行います。

Who You Are

• Proven track record in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain positive communication in a changing environment.
• Intermediate English skill 
• A keen interest in understanding and contributing to product mechanisms.
