Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager specializing in Digital Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will lead our business development efforts, focusing on expanding our client base, driving revenue & profit growth, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team and managing multinational agency accounts.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth and achieve sales targets
• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including multinational agencies, to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of three subordinates, guiding their professional development and ensuring performance targets are met.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Who You Are

• Bachelor degree of any background
• At least a minimum of 6+ years of experience in business development within the digital marketing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and technologies, including Influencer Marketing, Ads Trends, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.
• Experience managing multinational agency accounts and working with diverse clientele.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards success.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
