Senior HR Executive

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing all HR and Admin operations of the Philippine office. He/she will partner up with the Country Manager and other stakeholders for the continuous improvement and development of the entity in aspects of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Timekeeping, and other HR-related facets.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate and partner with Regional HR & Country Manager to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws to all PH employees
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and urgency
  • Partner with the Country Manager and stakeholders to successfully fill in recruitment needs of the PH office
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process of the PH office; from sourcing, onboarding up to employee off-boarding
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual employee engagement activities to create a good working environment for all employees
  • Head on internship and probationary review for new hires and performance evaluations for regular employees
  • Proactively identifies gaps and process, propose and implement solutions for Organization
  • Work with department heads on designing of target/KPIs that are relevant to the business needs
  • Submission of monthly timesheets of all PH members to the Regional team
  • Manage the overall administrative tasks of PH office together with the Finance team
  • Other tasks which may be assigned in relation to the role

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in general HR and admin roles 
  • With experience in fast-growing start-up organization/s (preferred)
  • Used to working with cross Departments
  • Has strong and impressive communication skills and is a problem solver
  • Proficient in English
