We are seeking an Account Management professional to join our team in Cambodia and help to develop strong relationships with clients, connecting key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing reports for clients. As the Senior Account Management Executive, you will answer clients' queries and identifies business opportunities among clients. In this role, you liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Client Service and Product departments) to improve the entire client experience. This may require travel sometime.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Making a relationship with local/international company
- Close the deal for new lead & upselling & upscaling for an existing client
- Providing consultations on digital operations for clients base on AdAsia team’s area of expertise
- Acting as a key contact person for assigned accounts
- Facilitate & attend meetings with clients to acquire & confirm requirements to further plan digital executions
- Monitor campaigns and ensures contract compliance while always looking out for improvement points.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent command in both written/spoken English and communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising agencies or ad tech companies
- Experience in communicating with clients directly to maintain good relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Cheerful, self-initiative, good team player, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
