Press Release: AnyMind Group appoints Chief Human Resource Officer
CHRO to drive talent development, employee engagement and build a sustainable HR framework
Singapore-headquartered AnyMind Group, an artificial intelligence solutions provider and formerly known as AdAsia Holdings, has announced today the appointment of Akinori Nishiyama as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Nishiyama will be tasked with leading AnyMind Group’s global human resource function – developing, implementing and standardizing human resource policies across the organization. His responsibilities include driving talent development, employee engagement and building a sustainable framework for HR work across AnyMind Group.
Having grown from a two-man team in April 2016 to the current 273 staff across it’s 10 offices in nine markets, AnyMind Group has a target to reach 400 staff by the end of 2018.
“Both founders of AnyMind Group value staff as the top priority, and I am confident of building on this. We will organize around three key areas: First, we want to develop a framework for HR policy across the organization. We will then identify and develop an internal pipeline of high performing talent. Lastly, we will create a sustainable work environment and company identity,” said Nishiyama.
Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Nishiyama was director of MicroAd, Inc. and CEO of MicroAd Plus, Inc., and held a leadership role at CyberAgent.
“The transition from AdAsia Holdings to AnyMind Group mean that current and future staff are key to our continued growth. Nishiyama has proven himself to successfully empower organizations using a people-first approach, and I believe he is the best person to drive one of the core pillars of our company,” said Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group.
