Kosuke Sogo is the CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, and oversees the expansion and growth of the company and its business units in various markets across the globe.
Under Sogo’s leadership, AnyMind Group began as AdAsia™ Holdings, providing technology-driven marketing solutions. The company has expanded into the major Asian markets and will expand globally in the future.
He was previously awarded “Asia’s Most Influential Digital Marketing Professional” at World Brand Congress in 2015, and features on the list of “Most Influential Global Marketing Leaders 2016” by World Marketing Congress. In addition, Sogo was recognized as the “Under-30 Achiever of the Year” in the 2017 edition of the Mumbrella Asia Awards.
COO and Co-founder
Otohiko Kozutsumi is Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder for AnyMind Group and is responsible for developing the overall business strategy.
Otohiko has 8 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising technology and business development. Prior to AnyMind Group, he was with held leadership roles in ad tech companies.
Prior to that, he managed and developed the smartphone ad network of Nobot Inc. and took part in the planning and expansion in Southeast Asia of the Japanese mobile company. He was involved in the company’s business and overseas expansion, and contributed to the merger and acquisition of Nobot inc. by Mediba Inc.
Keizo Okawa is the Chief Finance Officer at AnyMind Group, and he leads AnyMind Group’s financial strategy, control and management. He is also responsible for the corporate function for AnyMind Group.
He has over 13 years of experience working in the financial industry, and prior to AnyMind Group, he was at Morgan Stanley, where he was vice president in the investment banking group.
During his investment banking career, Okawa had worked on a large number of M&A and capital market transaction in the technology sector. Prior to that, he spent almost half a decade at Deloitte Consulting.
Hitoshi Maruyama is the Chief Strategy Officer at AnyMind Group, and he is tasked with driving the newly-formed AnyMind Group’s overall strategy and growth across the advertising, marketing and human resource industries, along with future industries.
Before joining AdAsia Holdings, Maruyama held roles at Japanese advertising technology company Geniee and Indonesia-based ADSTARS. At AdAsia Holdings, Maruyama led the growth of the Publisher Engagement department across Asia and oversaw the development and enhancement of the AdAsia Digital Platform for Publishers, a platform that drives multiple revenue streams across display, native and video advertising to online media owners through the use of artificial intelligence.
Country Manager, Vietnam and Philippines
Phuong Nguyen is the Country Manager, Vietnam for AnyMind Group. She is based in Ho Chi Minh City and leads the company’s business operations across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City. Phuong has been involved with digital marketing and media since 2011 and has played key management roles in both marketing communication and media companies in Vietnam.
She was most recently General Manager for MicroAd in Hanoi, Vietnam, and before that, worked in roles in Mediacom Vietnam and Time Universal Communications.
Country Manager, Indonesia
Lidyawati Aurelia is the Country Manager of AnyMind Group in Indonesia. She is responsible for the company’s operations in Indonesia, with the aim of establishing AnyMind Group as the leading technology company in Indonesia with technological solutions for various industries that empower growth.
Lidyawati has more than 8 years of experience in the digital marketing field. Before joining AnyMind Group, she held roles in digital agencies and programmatic advertising companies such as Media X Asia, MicroAd Indonesia and Sociomantic.
Director, Strategic Initiatives
Vivek Misra is Director of Strategic Initiatives at AnyMind Group and leads the company’s corporate strategy efforts, spanning product and solutions strategy, strategic partnerships, and sales enablement.
He was formerly Senior Engagement Manager of APAC for AppNexus, where he helped drive traction for a client portfolio which included publishers, adtech vendors, and agency buyers.
Prior to that, Misra was a Value Architect at Accenture’s Analytics and Platform arm, pitching and delivering advanced analytics and digital strategy solutions to enterprises. Misra kickstarted his career at DBS Bank, where he became Vice President of Equity Derivatives Trading, Treasuries and Markets.
Managing Director, Greater China
Ben Chien is Managing Director of AnyMind Group in Greater China, and also leads AdAsia Holdings’ sell-side business for the region.
Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Chien was founder of Acqua Media. Founded in 2013, Acqua Media provides programmatic selling strategy and ad monetization services for premium web publishers and app developers.
In August 2018, Acqua Media was acquired by AnyMind Group. He also held leadership roles at CommercialAsia.com, PCCW, SAS and Yahoo.
Country Manager, Thailand
Punsak Limvatanayingyong is Country Manager of AnyMind Group in Thailand. He is responsible for driving the advertising and influencer marketing business lines of AnyMind Group in Thailand, and day-to-day operations of AnyMind Group in Thailand.
He started his career in marketing, including in-house roles at Universal Music and Cementhai. In 2004, Limvatanayingyong founded Mobile Indy - a company that helps independent music labels and musicians monetize their music through digital platforms. In 2017, the company was acquired by TV Thunder Public Company Limited (TV Thunder) and renamed Moindy.
In March 2019, AnyMind Group acquired a majority stake in Moindy from TV Thunder, integrating Moindy’s network into CastingAsia, an influencer marketing business line by AnyMind Group.
