[INTERNSHIP] Creator Acquisition Intern (YouTube Shopping Affiliate Project)

YouTube Shopping Affiliate Program is a strategic project by AnyMind Thailand to drive growth in affiliate marketing through collaborations with YouTube creators. As part of the project team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with influencers and help build a high-performing affiliate network.

What You'll Do

• Creator Research & Outreach: Identify potential YouTube Creators that align with the affiliate program’s goals and outreach to pitch the program.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Manage communication with Creators and assist them in understanding the program's benefits and requirements.
• Onboarding Creators: Support Creators through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to succeed.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain an updated list of participating Creators, their performance, and statuses using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Performance Reporting: Compile weekly/monthly reports on Creator participation and performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for campaign updates, feedback, and process improvements.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred).
• Strong interest in YouTube, content creators, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic Excel.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or PR is a plus.
