Publisher Engagement Manager

The Publisher Engagement Manager will be responsible for working with AnyMind Group’s Publisher partners on a day-to-day basis. The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to possess full visibility across both supply and demand channels to maximize advertising monetization. The primary focus of this role is to develop and oversee the implementation of AnyMind Group’s programmatic selling strategy with the ultimate goal of significantly growing revenue in this space. The selected candidate will also work closely with the management to provide executive level reporting on key metrics of the business. The selected candidate is an organized, detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and sales focused environment.  Also, the selected candidate will be knowledgeable in the online industry and communicate with clients via multiple communication methods including in-person.


What You'll Do

  • Manage online publisher partners with excellent and timely service/technological advice to implement campaign
  • Negotiate prices to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online
  • Optimize, track, and analyze advertising performance and make suggestions for publishers to optimize their yield
  • Discover market trends and identify gaps that represent new business opportunities
  • Continuously manage, review, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop strong and effective relationships with online mobile and desktop publisher
  • Support and manage members in other countries to achieve the team’s target
  • Supervise other members’ work and provide advice and guidance for better productivity
  • Communicate with product team for product development projects
  • Improve the workflow and structure within the team to maximize efficiency


Who You Are 

The selected candidate should have an understanding of the online advertising Industry, a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment. The selected candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative, and integrity. The selected candidate must have high energy, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible to react to changing priorities. The ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical.

  • Good command of English
  • Should have Minimum 4+ years experience in digital marketing industry, AdExchange, media buying / SSP / Publisher Trading Desk along with 2 years experience in managing team
  • Candidate should have strong connections with publishers
