Focus on maximizing publishers revenue and technology adoption.
Deliver analysis and recommendations to maximize publishers revenue.
Yield optimization with multiple demands, SSP, DSP, ad servers, exchanges, Private Marketplace (PMP), etc.
Apply quantitative techniques to drive yield optimization, improve operational efficiencies and explore new revenue opportunities for publishers.
Apply new technologies and solutions to help publishers further grow their business and improve their inventory quality.
Keep up to date with industry research figures and new technology knowledge

Eager to equip yourself with the understanding of the online programmatic advertising industry, a passion for technology, and the drive and ownership to work in a startup environment.
Have strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative, and integrity.
Ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical.
Good command of English
Minimum 2 years of experience in app or digital industries with proven account management experience in a digital agency.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both with internal teams and external clients and vendors.
Good Excel skills and advanced proficiency in other MS Office programs, An analytical mindset and methodical approach to working with data sets
Familiar with startup culture
Detail-oriented, well-organized, with a good sense of responsibility
Self-motivated
Experienced one of the following platforms: Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense, Google AdMob, DSP, SSP, Trading desk, Ad Network is a huge plus
