Procurement Senior Executive

Finance, Ho Chi Minh City

Work with Finance team to optimize company’s profit concerning outsourcing and expenses
Liaise with vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure Business Units’ needs are met on time, quality, and cost basis
Ensuring the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy
Ensuring the procurement of product is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements
Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions as agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms etc.)
Cooperate with the Finance department for effective payment progress
Other tasks as directed by line manager

Holder of Bachelor's degree
At least 02 years working experience as a Procurement Executive or similar position
A quick learner with good research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skill
Good command in English
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision

Competitive Salary
