What You'll Do
- Prepare Internal Audit report to cover all AnyMind subsidiaries and report to senior management
- Update Internal Audit Manual
- To understand the internal process by having a meeting with the department head and local management
- Perform sampling test and working paper as internal audit evidence
- Exchange information of findings with the external auditor and corporate auditor
Who You Are
(Must Have)
- Business level English is required
- Bachelor degree
- Work experiences in professional firms with at least 3 years of experience
- Willing to travel
- Strong leadership skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills
(Nice to Have)
- Qualification of Certified Public Accountant in Japan, Singapore, or other countries
- Excellent analysis skills with business acumen
- IT savvy and excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets, Docs & Slides) will be an advantage
- Experience with ERP such as SAP, Oracle, etc. will be an advantage
- Innovative problem-solving skills for unstructured situational issues
- An energetic and self-motivated quick learner
- Meticulous and strong initiative
