  • Work on available data to provide relevant output to meet client’s needs in cooperation with the project management team and other operational teams
  • Navigate complex data hierarchy modeling, and partnership with project management team & other operational teams to transit challenges faced by our clients and lend deep understanding during purchasing cycles
  • Take ownership of data mining (customer segmentation) for clients through an audit of database and identifying major insight of their customers & consumers to propose the best recommendation for other teams to address those segments
  • Offer rationalized data solutions & platform to create the most robust & effective offering for prospective clients based on understanding of multiple landscapes (MarTech, AdTech, Data Science, Analytics).
  • Align client goals and requirements to AnyMind’s stack of products (CDP, AnyShop, AnyX, APM, AnyTag, Real-time Engagement, Analytics) and solutions (Media, Influencer & D2C)
  • Guide & take lead on other related data services – DMP & CPD onboarding, Lookalike audience strategy and Data buying
  • Cross function collaboration to provide insight and suggestion on data strategy, roadmap and product functionality, based on gathered inputs from client engagements. Uniquely positioned as the expert across all of our data solutions, your perspective of our eco-system’s relation to the needs of the market will be paramount for the success of our customers and ANM
  • Be in constant search for multipliers, or opportunities to grow the impact of your knowledge across the team and organizations. Developing enablement content, working with your aligned teams on approaches, tinkering with our products, and running internal workshops are all examples of multipliers
  • Ensure efficiency in operations by regular review/revisions of process and procedures with the end goal of improving productivity in the department



  • A recognized Bachelor's degree in information management, data analytics, computer science, or a similar field
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
  • At least 3 years of experience in the position of Data analysis/specialist, with proven ability to work on digital transformation project with data as a core
  • Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats with in-depth knowledge of data retrieval and data management platforms
  • Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation
  • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in professional data solution consultancy for eCommerce implementation is mandatory
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
