Regional Creator Partnership Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic Regional Creator Partnership Executive to play a key role in identifying new international content creator partners, as well as securing monetization opportunities for our partners on international platforms. You will actively seek out potential collaborations to drive business growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives. This position involves working closely with international teams and content creators, offering deep exposure to global, diverse markets.

What You'll Do

  • Handle end-to-end acquiring of new international content creators (like YouTubers, TikTokers, etc.) including building strong pipeline, negotiating, and closing business deals
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective partners in the global market
  • Present the company's credential deck to creators, negotiating partnership terms and agreements that align with company objectives and growth/monetization opportunities for creators
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international creators and drive sustained business growth
  • Oversee the management of creator agreement, lead negotiations with creators, and ensure the efficient handling of payment and financial processes

Who You Are

  • Both candidates with approximately 1 year of experience and new graduates welcome
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset, able to approach and talk to people from all kinds of backgrounds
  • Basic knowledge of working software (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Staying updated regularly on trending viral content and social media
  • Interest in or experience using social media, especially YouTube (knowledge of or previous relationships with creators in the US is a big plus)
