What You'll Do
- Coordinating with Hiring Manager regarding hiring planning
- Collection of tactics required a full cycle of recruitment activities to fill available, include job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels, interviewing and assessment procedures and hosting or participating job fair and events.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview feedback and related paperwork, to share with the Hiring Manager
- Initiate and process the onboarding program for new employee to their job and workplace for a better new employee experience.
- Lead the Employer Branding initiatives
- Encourages and facilitates the learning and development by identifying needs, designing and delivering learning and development initiatives, programs and materials.
- Oversee and maintain data employee and other ad-hoc administrative matters
Who You Are
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Recruitment or Learning Development
- Well experience using HRIS system, ATS platform and Google workspace products.
- Proficiency with Social Media and Digital Marketing trends.
- Proficiency with administrative and documentation process.
- Excellent command of English (Verbal and Written)
- A good storyteller in shared story or experience that resonate with other people
