What You'll Do

  • Coordinating with Hiring Manager regarding hiring planning
  • Collection of tactics required a full cycle of recruitment activities to fill available, include job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels, interviewing and assessment procedures and hosting or participating job fair and events.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview feedback and related paperwork, to share with the Hiring Manager
  • Initiate and process the onboarding program for new employee to their job and workplace for a better new employee experience.
  • Lead the Employer Branding initiatives
  • Encourages and facilitates the learning and development by identifying needs, designing and delivering learning and development initiatives, programs and materials.
  • Oversee and maintain data employee and other ad-hoc administrative matters

Who You Are

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Recruitment or Learning Development
  • Well experience using HRIS system, ATS platform and Google workspace products.
  • Proficiency with Social Media and Digital Marketing trends.
  • Proficiency with administrative and documentation process.
  • Excellent command of English (Verbal and Written)
  • A good storyteller in shared story or experience that resonate with other people
