What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and provide the best support as possible.
  • Answering phones, forwarding, screening calls in a professional manner and takes note when needed
  • Able to maintain workplace by issuing, checking, and maintaining visitor log, make sure all rooms are well use and tidy
  • Hands on administrative task such filing, arranging documents, emails, sorting and distributing mail, sending invoice/documents via selected vendors and liaise with office assistants for near locations
  • Execute the requests that coming from all Departments and coordinate nicely within and to external such courier and vendors
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties instructed from Corporate Operations Manager.

Who You Are

  • Has education degree of High School and has experience as Reception and Administration for 2 years.
  • Well experience with computer for hardware and some application such Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, Virtual Meeting apps (Zoom, Meet, Webex) is a must.
  • Well communicate in Bahasa both verbal and written. English is an advantage.
  • Well experience in fast paced situation and flexibility in variety task / assignment.
