AnyTag and AnyX seeks to build mutually beneficial partnerships with social media networks, e-commerce marketplaces and enablement solutions; to enhance our tech and business offerings to our brands and end-clients. We are looking for an extremely smart strategic partnership manager who loves the idea of growing business through strategic partnerships


What You'll Do

  • Find new partnership opportunities to drive key product area objectives

  • Build relationships within AnyMind across various markets and align them to agreed upon partner goals. Your role is to work closely with other leaders to define short- and long-term policies and strategies, and then connect with internal and external stakeholders to expand business and drive growth

  • Create and execute the plan for the market, help build processes and documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Identify and maintain pipelines & tracking documents, communicate key updates to leadership & cross-functional teams

  • Ensure that partners are mobilizing around actual deployments / implementations and once live, engage with partners to optimise implementations and drive growth

  • Develop, negotiate and execute term sheets and contracts with partners, finance and legal teams often under time pressure

  • Drive cross-functional engagement with teams including Legal, Product, Engineering and Operations in order to deliver on key product area objectives

  • Enrol, build and lead the badging process for various partner programs from e-commerce marketplaces as well as social media sites

  • Communicate and collaborate closely with product growth team, product management team and country teams to further improve product offering for AnyX and AnyTag

  • Work closely with regional communications team and partners for press releases, case studies, events, etc

  • Learn more about other AnyMind products / solutions to help find new synergies and opportunities for clients and business teams



Who You Are

  • You have two years of experience in partnerships, with business management background
  • Strong passion and interest in e-commerce, influencer marketing and technology to find solutions to help businesses grow
  • Prior experience in handling partnerships with Lazada, Shopee, META, TikTok and likes would be a plus
  • Independent, driven, curious and able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly
  • Ability to analyse business requirements, problem-solve and propose solutions
  • A team player vested in the success of the overall business
  • Confident, excellent / fluent communication (spoken / written) skills in English to collaborate well with cross regional, cross functional teams
