What You Will Do

  • Build sales strategy and plan to achieve sales target
  • Get updated and educated on every product of company
  • Work closely with senior managers on alignment/ discovery
  • Proactively and Individually prospect, pitch and close sales
  • Own the voice and the narrative in every conversation/ pitch
  • Establish a positive and promising vibe in every step of the process
  • Provide trustworthy feedbacks and after-sales support
  • Build a smooth and timely on-boarding process to kick off and execute 1st projects
  • Work closely with AM and join key meetings with clients to identify and trigger more bigger wins for the accounts
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and deliver the solutions to clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients in order to forecast FY sales pipeline with each account
  • Provide inputs/ feedbacks to internal teams and work closely with AM in order to generate more winning opportunities
  • Recruiting, training and coaching team members to make a strong business development team.
  • Keep track of sales process and progress on each client on a weekly basis
  • Keep sales performance updated on internal sales systems on a weekly basis
  • Work closely with Legal and Accounting on contracts and paperworks
  • Other duties as assigned.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor Degree with major in Marketing or related knowledge
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in Sales-account role in Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency 
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same position (BD Manager)
  • Experienced in executing and managing IMC project is an advantage
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems is mandatory
  • Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
  • Result-oriented mind, with a passion for work
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and with a good sense of responsibility
