About the role

In order to drive the company through its significant growth and to enhance and nurture the company’s growth – we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marcomms professional to join our successful team and play a key role in driving our corporate story. The position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to take ownership of a diverse set of B2B marketing and communication programs and help to manage AnyMind Group’s reputation with external and internal stakeholders. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, and reporting to the regional and local teams. The selected candidate will also be primarily working with a remote marketing and communications team across the region.

What You’ll Do

  1. Marketing
  • Research, evaluate and develop content based on overall strategy. This includes (but is not limited to) bylines, case studies, reports/whitepapers, etc
  • Localize or repurpose content marketing initiatives when necessary
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of owned media, including websites and external portals 
  • Support owned, earned and paid events when necessary, including the creation of marketing assets and speaking content
  • Support advertising initiatives, including the development or localization of content
  1. Communications
  • Be the key contact point for relevant media, and execute on proactive and reactive media engagement
  • Foster media relations with journalists, and provide relevant media stakeholders with a reliable and trusted resource for company information
  • Draft, localize and pitch company announcements, including press releases and interviews
  • Track and analyze media coverage, and monitor relevant publications for industry happenings and trends
  • Support internal communication efforts locally, including employee communications and internal company events 
  • Support internal communication campaigns when necessary
  • Support the development of social media content for various channels
  • Support the monitoring of social media activity across channels
  1. Others
  • Plan and propose local marketing and communications strategy for assigned markets
  • Track and report on outcomes for various marketing and communications initiatives
  • Work with various teams including product and business departments
  • Support various branding initiatives

Who You Are

  • At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the marketing and communications fields
  • University degree in communications, public relations, marketing communications or equivalent
  • Strong writing and comprehension skills in English and Vietnamese alongside excellent communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Results-driven and a willing learner
  • Comfortable working independently
