Reporting to the Country Manager (Malaysia) of AnyMind Group, you’ll contribute to a high growth team in a rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will have a strong hunting mindset, good client engagement experience, extensive knowledge of the Malaysia digital marketing landscape, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will also have an outstanding sales toolkit, be naturally proactive, prepared to challenge the status quo, and champion innovation. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership to drive growth across the business.
- Individually prospect, pitch, and close sales
- Lead discovery sessions to identify the customer’s key needs and pain points
- Work with the prospect in a consultative fashion to develop a digital marketing strategy
- Consistently deliver individual sales targets every month
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising information.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and make a digital marketing plan
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Improve the workflow and structure within the team to maximize efficiency
- Experience in sales at Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies for a minimum 3-4 years
- Good command of English
- Eligible to work in Malaysia
- Result-oriented mind with a passion for work
- Detail-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
