As a Senior Executive, Ads Optimization, you will be responsible for driving the success of client digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). You will work closely with internal and external teams to develop and execute effective media strategies, monitor campaign performance, optimize delivery, and provide valuable insights to clients. Your ability to understand the marketing funnel, leverage data-driven insights, and build strong client relationships will be essential in achieving campaign objectives and driving business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify areas for optimization.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to optimize campaign delivery, improve performance, and maximize ROI.
- Leverage data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with Media Planners to create insightful client reports and address discrepancies.
- Work closely with Sales, Creative, Media Planning, Account Management, and Engineering teams to resolve creative issues, pacing deficiencies, and client concerns.
- Represent the agency in client meetings, providing expert media strategy and digital consultation.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support internal and external teams on new initiatives and projects.
- Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent adherence to best practices and successful campaign execution.
- Handle conversion campaigns with expertise, ensuring ROI and optimal performance outcomes.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent command of English and Thai
- 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising agencies or ad tech companies
- Proven experience in communicating effectively with clients and building strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to set up and manage successful online advertising campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of major ad platforms, Meta ad, TikTok ad, Google ad
- Practical experience with search, display, social, and video advertising platforms (at least 2 platforms)
- The proactive learner with a strong adaptability skill set
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and ability to adapt to different online ad platforms
- Proven ability to manage campaigns, optimize performance, and analyze and compare different platforms
- Excellent proposal writing and recommendation skills
- Experience in Performance ad marketing (Lead gen on website, Web e-commerce, drive ROAS, CPAS, Shopping ad, etc.) is a plus
- Exhibits an exemplary professional attitude in the workplace, fosters a constructive and collaborative team environment, and adeptly manages work-related pressures with the utmost professionalism.
- Precision and attention to detail in managing campaigns, budgets, and performance data.
- Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly, especially when ad performance isn't meeting expectations.

- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Research and incorporate innovative ad formats and emerging trends to drive campaign growth and enhance client results.
- Experience in setting up and tracking conversions (via Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party trackers)
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TiktokShop) and driving online sales through paid media.
- Experience In mobile-specific ad formats, app install campaigns, and mobile app conversion tracking.
