AnyMind Group Taiwan/AdAsia Taiwan is looking for a strong leader from the digital advertising ecosystem to lead our Sales Team.


What You Will Do


  • Create, plan, & manage campaign to achieve monthly target
  • Provide sales related reports with analysis (in all aspects of market trends, industry trends, team performances, office performance, management financial reviews etc.)
  • Accountable for AE Team P&L
  • Build sales plans, strategy for team & manage to keep it on good progress and meet sales performance targets.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to identify the customer's key needs
  • Attend weekly meetings with CEO, Director, Senior Managers and other managers
  • Individually prospect, pitch and close sales
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Collaborate with the team
  • Support your member with sales activities and planning strategies
  • Supervise members' work and give advice for the better productivity
  • Develop internal AE & Sales Department trainings to enhance the team members' knowledge and sales skills: pitching, presentation, deal packaging skills, deal closing skills etc.
  • Recruiting & coaching team members to make a strong business development team, follow up on individual progresses as needed
  • Build the relationship with clients, team members and all internal stakeholders
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promote the company products/services addressing or predicting clients'objectives and deliver the solutions to clients
  • Establish strategic partnerships / service agreements with major agencies


Who You Are


  • Graduated with major in Marketing, Advertising, or related knowledge
  • Fluent at English and Chinese Mandarin Communications
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 7+ year experiences in sales-account field
  • Experience in sales & digital marketing is a must.
  • Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  • Result-oriented mind, with a passion for work.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and with a good sense of responsibility.
  • Track record of leadership management experience of more than 3 years
  • Experiences in both MNC and Start-Up company are preferred (as a plus)
  • Experienced at selling influencer marketing and/or Digital Brand advertising are a big plus
  • Ideally well versed with Programmatic Advertising
  • Experienced from a Mobile Ad Platform/Influencer marketing agency/ Digital Media Publisher are highly preferred
