What You'll Do

  • Plan, test, find, categorize and fix bugs (mainly in Front-end)
  • Provide solutions/ technical guidance/ support documents for clients and internal teams
  • Maintain knowledge about products, be the direct line between operations and product teams
  • Analyze business requirements, research the market/ users insights
  • Catch up the latest trends to improve/ request to create new products/tools
  • Propose timeline and manage project to ensure timeline
  • Work closely with Strategic Initiatives Director/ Deputy Head in Singapore


What The Job Requires

  • Undergraduate with IT or Development major with 1-3 year experience in QC/QA
  • Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a must
  • Good problem-solving/analytical skills, willing to learn
  • AbIlity to work in team/ individual, esp. finding/fixing bugs
  • Good communication skill to explain problems to teams
  • Experience in using various web debugging tools
  • Knowledge about automation is a big PLUS.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized, with a good sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
