We are looking for a Publisher Engagement Executive to help expand the footprint of AdAsia’s Google Certified Publishing Partner(GCPP) business amongst local in Malaysia. Publisher Engagement team will be responsible for working with AdAsia's (AnyMind Group) publisher partners in a day-to-day fashion. You will have a unique opportunity to possess full visibility across both the Supply and Demand channels to maximize advertising monetization.

Reporting to the PE Manager, you’ll contribute to one of the highest performing team in our SEA business that is experiencing rapid growth. 

What You'll Do

  • Search, acquire and develop relationship management with key accounts who are online publishers or mobile applications in Malaysia
  • Provide online publisher or mobile applications partners with excellent and timely service and technical advice to implement online advertising
  • Support PE manager to make ad yield management and monetization plan
  • Optimize, track and analyze monetization performance and make preliminary suggestions to publishers for better performance
  • Check the volume and negotiate on prices to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces online
  • Develop strong and effective relationships with Advertiser Engagement Department & publishers partners
  • Keeping up to date with industry research figures and trends
  • Collect and analyze sales/consumer data
  • Communicate with regional executive team/product team for product development updates


Who You Are

You have an understanding of the online advertising industry, a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment. Also, you possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative, and integrity. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and you are flexible to react to changing priorities.

(Additional criteria, good to have but not compulsory!)

  • Good command in either Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia
  • 1-2 Years experience in ad tech/SSP/ad operation/media buying
  • Experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • Experience in Google Ad Manager/Google AdSense/Google AdExchange
  • Experience in ad media business, such as online media banner ad, listing ad, native ad, video ad relevant
