What You'll Do

  • Analyzing the need, developing the position profile, sourcing, attracting, approach both active/passive, screening, assessing, selecting, the right candidates.
  • Creating a pipeline of candidates for future need.
  • Able to use various recruitment tools, social media for sourcing and networking
  • Manage the advertising/agency and filling of local vacancies via company Website and external websites
  • Provide support in administrative relevant ; the recruit reports and prepare for recruitment logistics etc
  • Lead initiative projects to build brand reputation and candidates pipeline
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Developing and monitoring all HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurturing a positive working environment.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefit programs.
  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    Initiate Employee Relations and Employees Activity Plan to promote harmony among employees, across the functions & increase employee engagement.
  • Lead an on-time and in full execution of the employee activities as per the master plan and also including ad-hoc activities as deemed appropriate.
  • Implement and execute internal communications as per the master plan set and lead new initiatives or approaches to cover the targeted audiences as per the objectives set.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to the team and company to create and maintain positive relationships among staff to staff, staff to management, and staff to the company


Who You Are

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, BBA or related fields
  • At least 4 -6years of working experiences in recruitment and human resource  functions 
  • Very good command of English and Computer literacy
  • Good skill of problem solving, very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of the business, organizational culture and environment
  • Very good relationship and service mind, together with ability to work with people from different levels and functions
